     Our rosaries are hand made, mostly from hand crafted materials, here in our back rooms.  Each piece is a potential heirloom, first rate quality, as sturdy yet delicate as your grandmothers heart.  We avoid using metal and wire when we can; no broken chains, ripped sweaters, snarls or snags from our rosaries! 

      Rosaries come in three different styles; the conventional 10 bead, 5 decade Roman rosary;  DaVinci style, with 12 beads in 5 groups; and the Apostolic style with 7 beads in 7 groups. 

     We have been convinced to show our treasures in their original size, for detail; sorry it takes a bit longer to load.

     These handmade marker beads are so completely exquisite I just had to incorporate them into a rosary for autumn nights! This rosary is Da Vinci style, five groups of 12 beads with the Midnight Rose forming the 13th, in honor of Mary Magdalene. Prayer beads are rose quartz with occasional coffee bead, to make it more interesting. Rose quartz chunk for the center bead keeps it stable and secure! Celtic cross completes. Perfect for a Scorpio!

     Green cats eye beads, like small green seeds, are interspersed with gold etched scarlet leaves every 6th bead. Deep crimson marker beads are etched with single lily shoot, for the Branch. White seed beads, large silvertone cross with roses and foliage. So Virgo!

     These marker beads are almost lacelike! Soft delicate blue lampwork beads are handmade and painted with delicate pink roses, white daisies, and green foliage. Tiny moonstone beads are the prayer beads, every 6th bead being a large clear lozenge shape with white babys breath etched into the bead. An Angel of Mary in non tarnishing metal is the center, dainty Celtic cross completes. I made this with another Mary in mind! DaVinci style, with 5 sets of 12 beads. So Libra!

     A spiritual bouquet is an Olde Christian concept, from the time when most Christians were so poor and broke that prayers and good deeds were all they had to offer for celebrations, special occasions, and bonuses.

     The Olde Church defines the spiritual bouquet as a gathering of prayers, sacrifices, and acts of devotion made by one person on behalf of another.
